Terms of service
Rumpelstiltskin AI is currently a prelaunch site. Joining the launch list is free and does not buy a video or start a subscription. Paid generation will open only after we verify the production workflow.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Upload only photos of yourself, consenting adults, or animals you have permission to depict. You must have the necessary rights to your uploads.
Prohibited uses
Do not upload minors, public figures, explicit material, graphic violence, or private images without consent. Do not use outputs for impersonation, harassment, fraud, or deceptive endorsements. Requests may be refused when rights or consent cannot be established.
AI output and ownership
AI output can be unpredictable and may not match your source photo precisely. We do not promise unique output, copyright protection, exclusive ownership, or universal commercial clearance. You remain responsible for the rights in your photos, added audio, and use of the result. We are not affiliated with a movie studio or the original meme creator.
Future purchases
Planned prices and features are provisional until production-cost testing is complete. Before checkout opens, it will show the current price, output, and provider. Our first launch is intended to use one-time packs; recurring plans, if added later, will require a separate clear choice.
Delivery, expiration, and refunds
The planned process creates a private delivery link and sends it by email. Save your completed file within 30 days. Technical failures and quality problems are handled under our refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these terms.
Availability and responsibility
We may pause the service for maintenance, safety, or provider outages. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for a paid request is limited to the amount paid for that request; this does not exclude rights or liabilities that law does not permit us to exclude.
