A local photo preview shows the file you selected on your device. It does not mean that a model has checked the face or placed it in the straw room. An AI first-frame preview is an edited still based on the reference scene and your photo; it lets you assess the character before paying for motion. We distinguish the two states on the generator so you can see what has actually happened. Neither is a complete generated video. The AI preview uses low resolution and a visible watermark, while paid delivery is intended to provide the full downloadable moving file.
What the paid video adds
Reference-video generation creates the complete scene using explicit image-to-character assignments. The video reference guides actions, expression changes, camera movement and cuts, and the original audio is restored after generation. The maiden retains her reference identity in solo mode, while a second user photo supplies her identity in two-person mode. The standard specification is a 13-second MP4 at 720p, with 9:16 selected by default. This additional work consumes video-provider processing and needs its own quality check. A free still may look good while moving fingers, leg anatomy or a sudden scene transition still fail, which is why the image preview and completed video are separate deliverables.

Pet mode uses one clear animal photo for the little man’s role. Two-person mode uses separate adult reference photos for the man and maiden.
